The front fork has spring suspension and a 16" wheel. The rear tire is a'slick' and the wheel is 20" The'bucket' rear seat has spring suspension on the posts for a smooth ride. I am the bike's second owner. She has a couple little wear spots in the paint and chrome here and there. Which is to be expected if a bike has been riden and appreciated.
The non-original, but vintage, tires are showing their age, including the whitewall on the rear. I would consider replacing them, but they do hold air and I made sure to take the bike for a spin myself. She's not immaculately clean, but she's awesome. I will be glad to meet up with a buyer in my vicinity. Or package the bike up for shipping. I just want her to go to a good home.

All the Chrome has been Re-Chromed. The wheel spokes were removed and polished and put back in newly chromed wheels and the wheels trued. The atom brake and the brake levers and the brake calipers have been polished. It has a new decal on the seat post and new cables and the original seat recovered. The Front and rear tires are new Schwinn with the rear being a white letter slik.
All the moving parts were greased and put back together. The 5 speed shifter was Re chromed as well with new decals and shifts great in all 5 speeds. This really is a very nice Bike and is ready to ride. Original Schwinn Muscle Bike!
It has been polished and cleaned just enough to show how great the condition is! The serial number of this Chicago built bike is ME which puts the date of manufacture to December Please see pictures as they are part of my description! This bike is in remarkable condition. There are some scratches, scuffs, marks, and chips. The chrome is in very good condition with some pin hole pitting.
We polished the fenders lightly, and found that they cleaned up very nicely. There is a small dent in the back side of the front fender, small paint loss on the chain guard, and the handle bars have some light scratches and a small This bike was hardly used! All 5 gears work. The Original Schwinn tires are in great shape. Please understand this is a vintage bike in original condition and does show wear from age.

Serial HS schwinncruisers. I just recently cleaned it up. It was never ridden, the bike still had plastic on the handle bars and the original cardboard covering up the frame before I removed it so I could clean it up good. The front tire is fine. I just didn't have a pump to air it up before I took the pictures. It was sitting in my basement years. Bike is in excellent condition. Box is a little rough. But still presentable.

Sprocket, kick stand, seat post and clamp,bolt and nut, head set bearing races. Complete springer, fenders, front and rear rims, shifter, rear wheel protector and sissy bar and chain guard were all re-chromed. A ll the original spokes were removed and polished and put back and the wheels trued, and the front atom hub polished.
The chain guard was sent to Pete for silk screening. The front tire is a new Schwinn and The seat has been re-covered and under reconditioned By Joe Crawford a beautiful jo b and it has the Q bolts. The Brake levers and calipers have been polished and all new cables were installed. The shifter has been all re chromed and shifts in all 5 gears and has new decals.
