Utorrent disk overloaded fix windows 7




















Check your disk. Sunday, January 18, AM. Are you partitioned with your torrents files going into small disk storage? Sunday, January 18, PM. No I have it on my primary partition and plenty of free space. I ran a bunch of tests on my hard drive, with no errors.

Increasing the cache to MB apparently fixed it though. Thanks for the responses though. I have not found any issues so far with Utorrent, but I did find this post useful to share with other I knew were having that same issue.

Monday, January 19, PM. Step 3. Select the General section from the left pane, and then tick the checkbox for Pre-allocate all files under When Downloading from the right side. Now, you can restart your uTorrent client and check if uTorrent disk cache overloaded error is fixed or not.

The turned-on partfile is a known reason for uTorrent disk overloaded as mentioned above. To fix this error, you can set the diskio. For that:. Step 1.

Navigate to the Preferences menu through the above method. In the Preferences menu, go to the Advanced tab from the left pane. Go to the Filter section, and then paste the diskio.

As far as I can tell the problem lies within Windows 7 itself; after all, it's still a beta Posted March 1, I had the same problem on XP.
